No Chance

Last night when playing ping pong, one player said arrogantly that everyone of us is not his opponent.
And still saying that he did not do his best, otherwise we would lost the match with the score of 0-11.

Everyone of us agreed that he was amazing and skillful, but did not like his arrogant attitude.
I was also very unhappy and said loudly: In fact, I have
unique skill that he never had a chance to win me.

Then it's his turn to be unhappy. He immediately wanted everyone to bet. Everybody looked at me in amazement.

I said to everyone: My trick is very simple.
I just do not play with him. How could he have the opportunity to win me?
He he he he ......

Persistent

With willpower to do one thing, this process is called 'persist'.
Not afraid of boring, not afraid of nagging, and do not give up.
Persist till the end is victory.
BUT, who can
continuing firmly or obstinately? Not necessarily there will be too many people.

Recently I found that I often dive to see the blogs. There are a lot of disappearing. Blogging everyday is not that easy. So I myself able to insist how long, I can not easily assert.

I will try my best!

Eu Yan Sang Bak Kut Teh

Today I cook Eu Yan Sang Bak Kut Teh.  It's my dad's favorite.

Eu Yan Sang Bak Kut Teh is a delicious tasty stew, a unique combination of traditional herbs and spices, grounded into an aromatic blend. It can be conveniently prepared for the whole family, with any meat of our own choice. To make it more aramatic, just simply cook for a longer period of time.

Add all the above ingredients and cook for 2 hours under low fire. Flavour with 1 tbls soya sauce,1/2 ts salt. Simmer for another 30 mins before serving.

Eat like the Emperor

According to the Experts, we must take breakfast every morning and should eat well.
Experts also said that breakfast have to eat like an emperor. As you know Emperor eat well!
Lunch to eat like civilians. Civilians
represent eat enough!
Whereas dinner have to eat like a
pauper. Pauper eat less!

We all know the importance of breakfast. The morning is the beginning of the day. It's the time to obtain energy required for the day with good breakfast. To ensure we are provided with energy
for the day, both physically and mentally, so eat well in the morning.

Noon is the most active time and energy consumption. So you have to eat enough.

Evening is the time to rest. So eat less, lest gain weight!

But the pace of life accelerated, especially for office workers. Their breakfast is "fast food" and omission. Even a cup of tea, a few slices of biscuits can consider to be their breakfast. But for those retirees, they should be slowly and deliberately eat like an emperor.

This is the breakfast I prepared for myself today. Am I eat like the emperor?!

The profession of pharmacists

I'm surprised and also admire the profession of pharmacists. Their identification abilities are powerful.

This is the case. I took a sample of this pill.

I went to a pharmacy to buy that pill. The pharmacist just has a glance and able to sell the drug to me. I noticed that the pills are not much alike. The pharmacist said there are drugs from different companies. That was the pills I wanted, with the same name but from other company. I really admire the professional pharmacist.

If I take this kind of sample to buy, just only an ordinary salesperson can sell it to me. This is because the sample has a drug name. But for an unnamed pill, the pharmacist could identified just at a glance. I wonder I got the drug correctly. The pharmacy store at least hundreds of different pills, that's why I have a little doubt.

The pharmacist construed that the pills are for the control of cholesterol. Then I was relieved to buy it. I really have to be well aware of.

Preference

My younger brother knew my knee joint a little pain, he bought me a pair of knee pads.He wanted me to wear it when I play ping pong so as not to further aggravate knee pain. He really has his sister's heart.

When my younger sister came back from Singapore last week, she also bought me some medicated plaster. She said rheumatism bodily pain, bones and joint pain are applicable. At any time it can be affixed to the pain. It can be a comfortable analgesic.

I'm thinking of both their behavior, is that concerned, determined or rivalry. I couldn't make a conclusion. If rivalry, I should pay more attention in order both of them won't feel a preference.
Anyhow I love you two my dear.

Displeasure

Long time didn't go to that bank for withdrawal. Yesterday I went into that bank. I looked around and couldn't find the withdrawal form. I thought that the system had changed, that is no need to fill out the form anymore.

I pressed for a number and waited for a moment. Then it's my turn. The cashier asked me to fill in the form.I said I couldn't find the withdrawal form. She asked me to go to the first counter. I went and the form was filled. I approached her once again. She told me to go and get a number.I told her the number had been given to her just now. She said that number was over.

No way, had to go to press for another number. By the way I noticed that  the cashier was just sitting there and not for any customer service.

Although I was called to another teller after some minutes, but I think that kind of attitude is too bad. Why she couldn't let me withdraw money at that moment! I really had given her a number and I didn't jump queue.

Service attitude is the basis for reflecting the quality of service.Quality of service is from good service attitude. Good service attitude will make customers a sense of cordial and sincere. The teller should be proactive and conscientiously do the service work before the customer requests. In order to satisfied the customers and strive to improve the work of appropriate services, they should be thoughtful and comprehensive. But yesterday 's teller' s attitude is unacceptable.

JUST IN CASE

This is a text message circulated on the Internet

A few days ago, a person at home charging his handphone. At this point the phone rang. He did not unplug the charger and answered directly. After a few seconds, power flow through the phone. The young man were shocked to the ground

His parents burst into the room and found that he had lost consciousness, weak heartbeat and fingers burned. He was immediately taken to the hospital. But was declared dead on arrival.

Mobile phones are very useful for modern inventions. However, we must be vigilant. Mobile phones can also be deadly weapons. Do not use your phone when it is connected to a power source. We all have this knowledge, but still do so as to answer the phone. Why??????

According to the Internet as well as journalists, we are sure there was such an incident happened. But we are not sure whether it is really risky to answer the call when it is charging. That incident happened just because the phone is on charging? Who knows !!!

Generally speaking mobile phone charger is less than twelve volts. So despite the phone or charger leakage, the chance of electrocution is almost zero. But despite the small probability (Almost equal to zero, but not equal to zero), we better avoid talking on the phone while charging. JUST IN CASE !!!

Oh, I am not so good in baking. You are deceived. This is what I bought from the bakery.

Though you are deceived, it's no harm at all. As you know, I like to joke. Don't be serious and just smile without worry.

If you feel you have been cheated and hurt, please report to the police as soon as possible.
Please report the fraud to avoid other innocent people to be deceived.

Ho ho ho...sometimes being cheated can't make report to police. All kinds of commitments, all kinds of lies we meet daily and disappointed us are just simple deceived. That does not matter, take it easy.

BUT, we really have to be cautious nowadays. Beware of fraud group, phishing, enticing trick etc.

"Yong Tau Fu"

My dad loves cooking. Everyday instead of our mum, he is the one who cooks for our family.  I really appreciate my dad’s amazing cooking skills! As an OL,there’s actually not much time in a year to learn how to make all my dad’s food. But somehow today one of the dishes my dad taught me is this "Yong Tau Fu"( stuffed tofu ). It’s easy and super delicious.

Ingredients for the stuffing:
A big tofu fish ( I don't know the actual name of this fish, the fishmonger called it tofu fish)
4 pieces of tofu
7 brinjal
some salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Cleaning the tofu fish. Scrape the flesh of tofu fish.
2. Dissolve some salt and pepper in 2 tbsp of water.
3. Add the salt water to the flesh of tofu fish slowly when chopping and mincing it.
4. Mince the flesh until sticky, smooth and elastic.
5. Cleaning the tofu and brinjal. Cut the tofu into halves and the brinjal into thick slices.
6. Make a cut to the tofu, fill each well with the minced flesh. Press the flesh lightly, but firmly
into the tofu without breaking it. Set aside.
7. Do the same procedure with the sliced brinjal. Set aside.

Ingredients for the sauce
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 thick sclice ginger, smashed
2 cloves garlic, smashed
70 ml water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2½ tsp corn starch
3 tbsp cold water
¼ tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil on medium heat.
2. Fry the smashed ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the stuffed tofu, flesh side down, and fry until golden brown.
4. Remove the tofu from the skillet, place in a plate and set aside.
5. Fry the slices of brinjal until fully cooked. Remove and place with the tofu.

6

6. Boil the water with oyster sauce and sugar.
7. Put the tofu and brinjal into the skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook on low  heat
    for about 15 minutes.
8. Remove the tofu and brinjal, leaving the sauce in the skillet. Mix corn starch with cold water
and immediately add it to the skillet while stirring. Stir until mixed evenly.
9. Add sesame oil and cook the sauce until it has the desired thickness.
10. Pour the sauce on top of stuffed tofu and brinjal and ready to serve.

True Love

True love...
Is the acceptance of each other ... not to endure ...
Is the support between each other ... not dominate ...
Is the condolence between each other ... not question ...
Is the concern between each other ... not doubt ...
Is frank with each other ... not to distinguish between ...

So
You and your love
Is it true love ?

Happy wedding

My best friend Stephanie will be married end of this month. His brother Steven also intend to get married early next year. Really happy to get these news.

Marriage is the union of two lovers. For couples in order to have better life, they love each other and mutual understanding. Regardless of life's troubles and happiness, they swear to stay together to the old.

Marriage in law means marriage is established. It refers to both men and women in accordance with the law.
It's a socially or ritually recognized union or legal contract between spouses. The conditions and procedures prescribed to establish the relationship between husband and wife, and bear the resulting rights, obligations and other responsibilities.

Marriage is full of compromise. I sincerely send my best wishes to both of them, wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. Best wishes on their wonderful journey,to be filled with lasting joy.

I wish a happy wedding to Stephanie and Jason!

Tracking your lost car

Yesterday I shared how do you track the status of the goods online. Today I would like to share how to track your lost car just using your smartphone.

Now you don't need an expensive tracking unit or annoying monthly subscription service to keep tabs on your car.  As you know, most aftermarket tracking units are expensive. Similarly services offered by car manufacturers are also expensive monthly subscriptions. They are both costly!

Nowadays technology is solving many of life's problems. A company has created a tiny device with an advanced tracking app that works with iPhone or Android phones and it could be exactly track where is your lost car.

What is that device? It's TrackR.

TrackR is a small and discreet device. You only need to install the thin battery (included) in the TrackR, download the free app on your iPhone or Android, link the device to the app and then attach TrackR to your car. Simply hide the tiny device anywhere like under the floor mats, in the glove compartment or in the trunk. (Somewhere it won't be found if your car gets stolen!). Now, if your car is lost, you can quickly find it using your smartphone. All you need to do is open the app on your phone, click on the "lost item" icon and it will tell you the exact coordinates of the last known location of the TrackR.

The TrackR is not expensive, only costs $29 USD!

But sorry ya, you can't get the order from me! This is just an information and sharing.
If you really interested, you can get more information and place your order  by clicking here.

drink to the drunk

According to a survey
The Germans are the most crazy drinkers in Europe
Almost one out of five people believe
Drinking wine to the drunk is just so satisfaction
Germans chatting, watching TV, watching soccer match, lover dating, socializing and partying
For sure will be accompanied by beer

In that period with Thomas
Although we drink and drink every night
Fortunately
Thomas is not so crazy
As to drink to the drunk for satisfaction

Germans like wine, especially beer
That is undeniable
In Germany a lot of tourist areas
I can see the big beer barrels
That is what the symbol of alcohol

Hundertwasser's buildings

That evening,Thomas wanted us to go out for the evening walk.
He said just have a walk to Bad Sodan.
The walk from Thomas's home to Bad Sodan only took us 20 minutes.

Thomas took us to Bad Sodan mainly to see the
Hundertwasser's buildings.

Mr. Hundertwasser was an Austrian painter, a sculptor as well as an artist.
His paintings are brightly colored, fully embodies the ideals of environmentalism.
Mr.
Hundertwasser's fantastic architectural modeling works, many of which are actually built.

We reached Bad Sodan. Looking at the buildings, they are strange buildings with colorful colors.
Is the world's most alternative construction! The building is covered with green plants. The stripes of the building are crooked. Even the beam column is also a sense of design. Each beam has a different design. Very dreamy, feeling that only a fairy tale world will have that type of houses.

Do not think that is just unoccupied tourist attractions. WRONG, they are all real residence.
It is said that
Hundertwasser buildings not only special in shape, even more exicting inside the building. Unfortunately, we can only take pictures outside and we are not allowed to go inside.

Happiness

That afternoon
Mrs Thomas suddenly asked us
Like to drink strawberry milkshake
Like to eat strawberry cake
Thomas had decided to take us to pick strawberries

Strawberry garden is not great
Row of strawberries crawling on the plot
Just on time for picking strawberries
However, the owner did not hire workers to pick
It is said that it is uneconomical to hire workers to pick up to the market for sale

The owner opens the strawberry garden to the public
The public can arbitrarily picking the
strawberries
When picking,we are free to try to eat
But not just to pick and taste
Provisions to take some back
Of course, we have to pay for that
strawberries, ha ha ha

We came to the strawberry garden
Squatting along the plot of strawberry
Poke the leaves
To see a grain of delicious red and tender strawberries

Specifically selected that big grain
On the palm of your hand
Just a little gently wipe
And then sent to the mouth
Wow
 Fresh strawberries
Flesh juicy
Sweet with little bit sour

"Wow, good big grain, Ooh"
"You see, I take this grain more beautiful"
We all shouting here and there
We enjoy the fun of picking strawberries

Ah, what a wonderful and happy afternoon
Oh ha ha ha
What we pick are strawberries
Oh ha ha ha
What we get home are happiness

Good neighbor

That night
Thomas and his Korean neighbor Mr. Park
Prepare dinner and BBQ to welcome our visit
Mr. Park is really enthusiastic
Responsible for the barbecue work all night

We're drinking
We're singing
Mr. Park and we group harmoniously together
We are happy, so free and unfettered

Later we discussed the journey
The next day we will go further to Heidelberg
We dare not to let Mrs Thomas to drive too far away

We decided to go online to find a car

Enthusiastic Mr. Park then volunteered
Saying that the next day he was free
Can act as our driver and tour guide
But with a condition we had to get him home before 6:00
This is because at 8 o'clock the next day he would fly to work

Wow, Thomas is really lucky
Stay wtih such a good neighbor

We love you so much, Mr. Park

The Celebrities

There are many celebrities in the world. National leaders, scientists, artists, musicians etc. . .
I was born in the poor community. Certainly they all do not know me.

That day in Amsterdam, Netherlands, I had met so many celebrities. I met them in Madame Tussaud Scenerama.

I not only had close contact with them, and they also take pictures with me.
Oh Ha ha ha. . .

These are some of the celebrities I met.

I also met President Barack Obama. I refused to take picture with him. That was because taking photo with him, I'll have to pay 10 euros.
Let him stands lonely there, Ha ha ha ha. . .

The Floating City of Venice

Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region.
Built on more than a hundred small islands that are separated by canals and linked by bridges.
The lagoon and a part of the city are listed as a World Heritage Site.
Venice has no roads, just canals. The Grand Canal thoroughfare lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces, The central square, Piazza San Marco and the Campanile bell tower.
Venice famous for its canals and gondolas. Those canals provide the means for transport of goods and people within the city.

Doge's Palace
St Mark's Square. The Campanile bell tower.

Gondolas of Venice

Getting a gondola ride
The Grand Canal

We made our way to The Floating City of Venice and it was one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen! A city full of romance and serenity, great food, and built on water.
We love Venice which completely man-made environment rising from the sea, with no visible means of support. Romantics revel in its atmosphere of elegant decay, seeing the peeling plaster and seaweed-covered stairs as a metaphor for beauty in decline.
The car-free streets suddenly make us feel big, important, and liberated.
Venice is a city of museums and churches, packed with great art.

                                                        It was an amazing experience.
